About

Man’s greatest longing is for freedom. Man is a longing for freedom. Freedom is the very essential core of human consciousness: Love is its circumference and freedom is its center. These two fulfilled, life has no regret. And they both are fulfilled together, never separately. —Osho

I am passionate about helping people live the life they want to live by focusing on what they do best. I am a believer in the adage, play to your strengths! This shows up in my career as well as my volunteer work with men and relationship programs.

Adventure

Casey Capshaw & Kendra Current

I have always seen life as a unique journey…an adventure. I spent much of my twenties proving this belief. At 19 I took my first trip east of the Mississippi on a solo backpacking trip to Ireland and the UK. At age 21 I traveled to Kenai, Alaska and signed up for the summer commercial salmon fishing. After college, I moved to a ski resort and worked most nights, skied every day. At 25 I ran the LA marathon on 2 months of training. That same year I spent 3 months backpacking Costa Rica on about 12 bucks a day. It is fair to say I enjoy exploring what life has to offer.

Professional

I began my professional career in Los Angeles, working in a number of roles at Mark Burnett Productions, the creators of game changing television programs Survivor, Apprentice, Contender, and many others. I worked my way into a position as Personal Coordinator to Mr. Burnett. In this close relationship to one of the most successful television producers in the industry, I was privileged with an inside perspective on what it is like to be a leader in one of the most high intensity industries in the world.

I also learned that I wanted more from life that what television could offer.

I moved on to a non-profit in Boulder, Colorado —about as far away from LA as I could get. I followed up this experience working with a few start-up’s until making the move to create my own online marketing technology consulting business.

Men’s work

I see my life as an ever unfolding evolutionary process. To that end, I dive in headfirst to philosophy, eastern spirituality, Integral theory, shamanism, personal development, therapy, bodywork and any other tool or methodology I can find to increase my freedom and fullness in this world.

There is a unique power for me in mens-specific personal development. I have always related comfortably with other men and feel a genuine brotherhood with all men. I also think that most men spend their whole lives “going it alone” and not seeking support or encouragement around what is really important to them. I think men’s work offers a unique solution to that problem.

I am in a men’s group that meets bi-monthly and volunteer with several men’s specific transformational programs.

Now

Currently residing in Boulder, Colorado at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, enjoying life, and exploring loving relationship with an incredible woman. I enjoy close community, stimulating entrepreneurial ventures, and weekend excursions to the Ski hills or trails rides on the motorcycle.
